These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of Scooping R Us (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, signing up, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial pet waste removal on recurring schedules (weekly, twice-weekly, biweekly, monthly) or as one-time cleanups, along with optional add-ons such as deodorizing, sanitizing, and deterrent treatments. Service details, frequency, and pricing are confirmed at sign-up.

2. Scheduling and property access

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled days, including unlocking gates and securing or restraining pets during the visit. If we cannot safely access the yard, we may be unable to complete service that visit and standard charges may still apply.

3. Billing and payment

Recurring services are billed on a regular cycle through our third-party payment provider using the payment method on file. You authorize us to charge that method for services rendered until you cancel. All fees are stated before you sign up.

4. Cancellations, skips, and refunds

You may pause, skip, or cancel recurring service by contacting us, subject to any notice period communicated at sign-up. Because our work is performed on-site and as scheduled, completed visits are generally non-refundable. We aim to resolve any service issue fairly — contact us and we’ll make it right.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping pets restrained during service, and for notifying us of hazards, aggressive animals, or changes to your property that may affect service.

6. Service limitations and right to refuse

We may adjust, delay, or decline service due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, inaccessible areas, or non-payment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Communications consent

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive service-related calls, texts, and emails. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
