What pet waste station service covers

A pet waste station only works when the bags are stocked and the can has room. Servicing is the recurring visit that keeps both true: we empty the can and haul the waste off site, replace bag rolls as they run low, and clean up the ground immediately around the station, which is where overflow and dropped bags collect. We also flag hardware worth fixing — a broken lid, a jammed dispenser, a post working loose, or a can that is simply too small for the traffic it gets.

Who it's for

This is a community and commercial service. Apartment complexes, HOAs and townhome associations, dog parks, condo boards, RV parks and campgrounds, and office or retail campuses with green space all run stations, and all of them find the stations quietly become someone's least favorite task. When that task sits with a maintenance tech who already has a full list, bags run out and cans overflow during exactly the weeks the property is busiest. A scheduled route takes it off the list entirely.

How a visit works

We service stations on a set schedule, usually alongside a pet waste removal route across the same property. The crew works station to station: empty the can, bag and remove the contents, restock the dispenser, and pick up whatever has collected around the base. The waste leaves with us rather than going into the property's dumpsters unless you would rather it did. Access is simple — gate codes or fobs for secured areas, and a contact who can tell us when a station is added, moved, or replaced.

How it pairs with our other services

Station servicing and commercial ground removal belong together. Stations handle what residents pick up; our removal route handles what they miss, and neither one alone keeps a property clean. Communities with a fenced dog run frequently add yard sanitizing for that turf, and in hot markets the weekly deterrent service helps around the stations themselves, since a full can in the sun is the strongest insect attractant on the property.

What to expect

Frequency is the whole game. A station beside a busy dog run may need several visits a week, while a quiet courtyard station can go weekly, and getting that wrong is what produces the overflowing can residents photograph. We would rather set the cadence from real usage and adjust after a few weeks than guess once and leave it. Expect a quote based on station count, placement, and traffic — and expect us to say so when a station is undersized for the use it gets.

Frequently asked questions

How often should stations be serviced?

It depends entirely on traffic. A station beside a busy dog run can fill in a couple of days, while one in a low-traffic courtyard holds a week or more. We recommend a starting cadence from placement and your pet population, then adjust once we have seen how fast each one actually fills.

Do you supply the bag rolls?

Yes, restocking is part of the service — we replace rolls as they run low so a dispenser is not empty when a resident reaches for it. If your stations take a particular roll size or style, tell us during the quote so we carry the right refills on the route.

What happens to the waste you collect?

It is bagged and removed from the property on the same visit, so it is not adding volume or smell to your dumpsters. If your property would rather we use an on-site dumpster, that can be arranged; most managers prefer it off site, particularly through the hot months.

Can you service stations without a removal route?

Yes, station servicing can stand on its own if your grounds are otherwise covered. Most properties end up combining the two, because stations only capture what residents pick up, and the complaints that reach the management office are usually about what was left on the lawn.
